Check operation of drain valve.
Remove filter from cartridge, inspect & clean with recommended filter cleaner
Check filter basket & cartridge for debris.
Clean & check filter basket & cartridge for damage.
Check suction covers for damage & build up of debris.
Clean suction covers & replace.
Remove aromatherapy cover & check basket for debris. Clean & replace.
Remove spa pillows. Check for damage/wear.
Clean all pillows*.
Check topside control panel for wear/damage.
Check all controls working.
Clean spa shell thoroughly with recommended shell cleaner.
Inspect shell for structural faults/damage
Remove all access panels.
Check insulation on inside of all access panels for damage.
Check insulation on bottom of spa cabinet.
Visually check for any moisture/leaks from all pipe work & internal components.
Visually check operation of heater (HL error)
Visually check operation of pressure switch (FLO error)
Visually check operation of ozone system*.
Check for debris in cabinet & remove if necessary.
Replace access doors & ensure correct seal.
Rinse out spa & replace existing filter
Refill with clean water.
Turn spa isolator on & check power up function.
Visually check all pumps are working.
Visually check blower working*.
Visually check lights are working*.
Check filtration system is functional.
Visually check all jets are working.
Re-dose spa with start up chemicals.
Check temperature is rising.
Check cover fit.
Check customer’s chemical stocks & advise as necessary
Re-train customer on water treatment/management

Thoroughly check for any moisture/leaks from all pipe work & internal components.
Check cabinet for any water deposits. If found, search for source & repair.
Remove all debris from within the spa cabinet and vacuum clean thoroughly.
Remove cover off motherboard, check internal components & clean.
Independently test electrical functionality and connectivity.
Replace cover & check seal.
Remove each individual jet and check for wear/damage.
Check each individual jet holder for damage/wear.
Clean each jet and replace. Ensure correct fit.
Check on/off function of each jet.
Visually check each TA jet for wear/damage.*
Replace all spa cabinet access panels and ensure correct seal.
Test Tap water with chromatography kit.
Rinse out spa & replace existing filter.
Refill with clean water.
Continuously check for leaks whilst refilling.
Turn spa isolator on & check power up function.
All pumps on high speed to clear air locks.
Check pump 1 high & low speed functionality
Check pump 2 functionality
Check pump 3 functionality
Check Blower on/off functionality.

Stain spa cabinet and accessories (excluding gazebos) with approved “Olympic” Cedar wood stain this is subject to weather conditions.
Terms & Conditions
Customer to provide access to a 240v mains supply within 10m of the spa for connection of power tools. Customer to provide an adequate fresh water supply to the spa for our engineers to use & access to drain point for disposal of the spa water.
Replacement parts not covered by warranty will be charged to the customer. The customers permission will be obtained before any parts are fitted.
Site to be left clean and tidy by our engineers.

Full drain down & fresh water change on each visit.
New start up chemicals on each visit.
On site scratch & dent fix on cedar cabinet.
Replacement filter when full service is carried out.
